Delete Kivo completely.

You do not need to email us or wait for approval. Account deletion starts inside the app.

In Kivo

1. Open the profile button, then Kivo Settings.
2. Choose Account & deletion.
3. Tap Delete account and all Kivo data.
4. Read the confirmation and choose Delete permanently.

What is removed

• Your KivoAI account, encrypted account backup, and secure sessions.
• KivoAI usage records and beta feedback linked to the account.
• The on-device Kivo profile, food logs, plans, coaching conversation, check-ins, and workout history.
• Saved Kivo and direct-provider credentials in Keychain.

What is not automatically removed

Health records that you previously chose to save to Apple Health remain controlled by you in Apple’s Health app. Records from other apps are never deleted by Kivo. Apple manages the underlying Sign in with Apple authorization in your Apple Account settings.

Can’t open the app?

Email admin@pragmatic.onl from the email associated with Sign in with Apple. We may ask for limited verification before deleting a cloud record so another person cannot erase your account.
