The fastest support path is Kivo Settings → Send beta feedback. That includes the app version, but never attaches Health data or photos automatically.
Before you send a bug
- Note what you tapped and what you expected.
- Try the action once more on a stable connection.
- Include the exact error wording, but never send an API key or Apple credential.
Common beta questions
Why did KivoAI stop responding?
The beta has rate and monthly usage guardrails. A brief provider outage can also occur. Your plan, food log, workouts, and local coaching still work without the managed service.
Why is Health data missing?
Open iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Kivo and confirm the individual categories you want. Missing or denied Health data is treated as unknown, not zero.
Will Kivo duplicate an Apple Watch workout?
Choose one recorder: the Kivo Watch companion, Apple’s Workout app, or Kivo iPhone-only write-back. Kivo imports the resulting Health workout and matches it without writing a second copy.
Can I change AI providers?
Yes. Kivo Settings → AI provider lets you use managed KivoAI or your own supported HTTPS provider. Direct provider keys stay in Keychain.
Safety
Stop exercising and seek appropriate urgent care for chest pain, fainting, severe shortness of breath, signs of a serious allergic reaction, or another emergency. Kivo cannot assess emergencies.
For ordinary pain, injury, pregnancy, eating-disorder concerns, chronic disease, medication questions, or a clinically prescribed diet, work with a qualified professional and place their guidance in Kivo’s health notes.
